LexiPitch AI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE L.L.C ("LexiPitch," "we," "our," or "us") showcases AI-powered call, chat, and WhatsApp automation solutions. The Site is provided for demonstration and contact purposes only; no products or services are sold directly through the Site.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Use of the Site

You may browse, share, or reference the publicly-available content for legitimate business purposes only.

You must not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site; (b) interfere with the Site's operation; (c) use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

6. Orders, Payments & Subscription Services

If you engage LexiPitch under a separate proposal, order form, or click-through subscription (each, an "Agreement"), that Agreement will set out commercial terms such as scope of work, fees, payment schedule, and service-level commitments. In the event of any conflict between an Agreement and these Terms, the Agreement prevails.

8. WhatsApp OTP Verification Policy

If you send promotional messages to users on WhatsApp without OTP verification, you need to clarify the reason and respond to us immediately. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in immediate suspension of your account and services.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect the minimum personal data necessary to respond to your enquiries. Your data is never sold and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference).

10. Disclaimers

The Site and Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

LexiPitch does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
